August 1, 2008 - Assemblymember Parra joins her parents, Pete and Yolanda, at the dedication of the Pete H. Parra Child Development Center. This historic event marks the dedication of the first ever designed and constructed Child Development Center by the Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK).
